The manual bar cages are used for pre-casting and in constructing columns and main beams in large structures. The prefabricated manual bar cages are 12mm to 40mm and 2.4m by 12 m. These sizes ensure that the road transportation standards are met. Also, they are rectangular and round with the bars inside a ligature. These configurations are created at the design stages and confirmed during the scheduling part of the construction.
Foot Cages, as the name suggests, are used where there is a lot of foot traffic. They are mainly used to build homes and commercial slabs on ground construction. The prefabricated footing cages are 10mm to 16mm bars with rectangular and Z-shapes. These shapes are suitable for beams and edge beams. They are 6m long and in total quantities, as you need.
The prefabricated manual mesh cages are used in pre-casting constructions of pits, kerbs tunnels and covers. Their configurations utilize a 6000 by 2400 standard mesh sheet and cutting, enabling you to fold and roll the mesh into the desired shape. They are delivered as a finished unit ready for use.
